About viewings – I’ll touch base with the listing agent to schedule something. Just remember, sometimes the house might still have folks living in it, or there could be tenants who need a bit to tidy up before we can swing by. Sellers who are really keen will make sure the house is empty for us, but if it’s a rental, coordinating with tenants can take a bit more effort and time to get everything ready for your visit.

The Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices app is a must-have, especially since homes in La Jolla often don’t sport for-sale signs. The only ways to find out if a house is on the market are to use this app or call your agent. Websites like Zillow and Realtor.com might not always have accurate information for La Jolla properties.
Don’t worry, uninstalling the app is straightforward, and I won’t know if you’re using it unless you text me through the app.
