Pinnacle Program** helps the homeowner get top dollar for their home! By using Zoom Casa Home Designer, and Contractors. Your property value can be increased on average 4-11%. IF we determine the value cannot be increased, we will not use the program. We need to increase the value more than the cost, obviously.
This process can happen relatively fast. (Faster than you think)
The best part is that you can make home improvements with “NO” cash out of the homeowner’s pocket. And it can be paid out of escrow at closing.* Cool, right?
Pinnacle HRP Program
Zoom Casa’s New “HRP” program (part of the Pinnacle Program) specializes in high-impact upgrades such as full kitchen and bathroom renovations; services including flooring, painting, and window treatments; as well as other cosmetic repairs and finishes.
Like most of our PINNACLE programs, costs can be paid out of escrow at closing,* and HRP can complete jobs in extremely brief timelines.
It will not be recommended if the program cannot increase the property’s value more than the cost.**

The HRP “General Contractor”: Fully manages and controls all aspects of construction by using an all-in-house workforce from design, material procurement, and cabinet & countertop manufacturing to transportation, delivery, and installation.
Efficient Renovation Timeline
Full Kitchen & Bathroom renovations and other cosmetic repairs and finishes can be completed within 15 working days. Homes are “market-ready” within a very short period of time.
Improving Marketability
A newly renovated home improves its marketability by attracting more buyers who will not have to renovate after their purchase and ultimately help sell the home faster.
Higher Sales Listing
This program assists homeowners in listing their properties at a higher sales price compared to what they could have listed their home without these improvements.
Deferred Renovation Costs
HRP’s “No Up-Front Cost” option reduces the homeowners immediate financial burden by deferring the payment of the renovation cost until the close of Escrow or up to 90 days from the project start date, whichever occurs sooner.
Tax Benefits
