(On Average) IF we determine the value cannot be increased, we will not use the program. At least you will know you are selling for the highest price possible.  

This process can happen relatively fast. Within the month or sooner, depending on the project. (Faster than you think) 

The best part is that you can make home improvements with “NO” cash out of the homeowner’s pocket. And it can be paid out of escrow at closing.* Cool, right? Think of it as “Flipping your own home,” but your keeping the profits.
