Sellers

Trust is the cornerstone of selling your home, and I believe it’s the most important aspect of our relationship. During our first meeting, my focus will be entirely on you—your wants, needs, and goals regarding real estate. I understand that this process can feel overwhelming, and I want to ensure you never feel pressured. To eliminate any stress, I won’t bring anything requiring a signature to our initial meeting. This allows you the opportunity to “size me up” and decide if I’m the right Realtor® to help you navigate this important journey. In addition, my Strong Negotiation Skills should be obvious. 

Buyers

You can expect a casual conversation where I’ll help you open up and share your real estate needs. You will be able to judge for yourself that I have Strong Negotiation Skills. For buyers, I’ll ask you to have a consultation where I’ll ask a list of questions designed to shorten your search and weed out properties you don’t want to see. If you’re talking, I’ll be listening intently. I’ll then develop a specific plan to get the most for your property. I prefer not to work with both buyers and sellers on the same property, a situation known as “dual agency.” If I am the listing agent, I will recommend that the buyer work with another Realtor®. However, under the current real estate rules, I may be obligated to act as a dual agent if the buyer insists. In such cases, my loyalty remains with the seller. I will not provide advice or recommendations to the buyer; my role will be limited to facilitating the paperwork, which they will need to complete on their own.

I strongly believe it is unwise for buyers to forgo their own representation. A dedicated buyer’s agent can provide invaluable guidance and advocate for their best interests. “I work solely on the commission earned from each transaction and do not accept kickbacks or finder’s fees from vendors, despite being offered them frequently.
