Opting Out of the Sale of Your Personal Information We have undertaken extensive steps to identify whether our data-sharing arrangements would constitute the “sale” of personal information under the CCPA. However, we continue to maintain that we do not sell, trade, rent, or otherwise disclose personal information to a third party for “monetary or other valuable consideration” and, therefore, are NOT required to provide you the ability to “opt-out” of the sale of your information since we do not engage in such activities. But if you subscribe to a newsletter or email notification, just let me know you no longer wish to receive the information, and i will delete the information i have about you. I only want to work with people who want to work with me. I don’t sell contact information or know how to do it.

Michael Frey Realtor DRE#02069869 operates a mobile messaging program (the “Program”) subject to these Mobile Messaging Terms and Conditions (the “Mobile Messaging Terms”). The Program and our collection and use of your personal information is also subject to our Privacy Policy. By enrolling, signing up, or otherwise agreeing to participate in the Program, you accept and agree to these Mobile Messaging Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. Program Description: We may send promotional and transactional mobile messages in various formats through the Program.
