La Jolla is a large city with many unique neighborhoods within it. When buying in La Jolla, picking the best setting for you and concentrating within that specific area is the best way to get the best deal I La Jolla. Regardless of buying or selling, knowing the site is a “Human experience” is something you cannot see decipher within a Zillow, Realtor.com or Redfin app.

Very High Fire Hazard Severity Zone Map is new to most Home Sellers. The program requires at least two weeks to get approval. The Fire Department will send a Fireman to the property to view and advise. Whatever advice is given, you must do to clear AB 38, or you cannot sell your property. I have found that you need to take care of your property. Property outside your property line is not your responsibility (So I understand). Trees must be over 10 feet away from the Chimney and many other little things. Just call me for details. The cost is about $118 with about two weeks wait time. The Act will increase restrictions over time. The Insurance companies will eventually be the enforcement part. It’s just a matter of time.
