Mirrors, waterfalls, noises, and cookie smells are all part of the game. And cover up serious imperfections. Discovering the “Imperfections that are trying to be hidden from us” is exactly the type of information we can use to negotiate a better price or walk away. 

While other real estate agents may promote themselves as “The Great Experts” (which can be pretty annoying), that’s not my style. What you see is what you get—I’m all about keeping it real.

When you tour homes with me, I’ll point out the actual ‘mark-up’ on each property. (Wondering what mark-up is? I can explain.) If you’re someone who loves diving into data, I can provide you with Excel sheets full of the latest numbers. While I prefer to handle the analysis for you, I’m happy to send you the most current data if you want to take a look yourself.
